A pass rate is not a difficulty score

It mostly describes the candidates who book there: how much instruction and private practice they have had, and how ready they were on the day. Since 9 June 2026 a test can only be moved to one of the three nearest centres anyway, so choosing a centre by its pass rate is neither possible nor worth doing.
